Vitamin D is essential to your good health. It can prevent cancer, Alzheimer’s, Multiple Sclerosis, etc…. Babies as young as 4-weeks old need Vitamin D for bone development and keep their skin healthy.
Look specifically for Vitamin D3, a specific class of Vitamin D; it comes from sunflower or it can come from sheep fat. it should not be synthetic; natural sources are best.
Take at least 3,000 I.U.s per day; but, 5,000 or more will give you added protection.
